Mei Mei Dumplings

I painted this mural for Mei Mei’s new factory location in South Boston. Mei Mei Dumplings is a farm-focused, woman-owned dumpling factory and cafe. Their dumplings are rooted in tradition and filled with local produce from New England farms blending nostalgic and unexpected flavors.

I painted the mural during the final stages of construction with my assistant, Sam Stubbs. I created the design in collaboration with the managers and staff of Mei Mei with the goal of illustrating the process of making dumplings from beginning to end with an emphasis on farm fresh ingredients.
